The Mike Linkovich Graduate/Post-graduate Grant Award

The purpose of the MATA Mike Linkovich Graduate or Post Graduate Grant Award is to honor the career contributions that Mike Linkovich made to the profession of Athletic Training. In that spirit we developed this grant to promote research or scholarly works that will facilitate advancement of the athletic training profession.

Criteria:

To be eligible for consideration an applicant must meet the following criteria:

  1. Certified membership in the MATA and in good standing at the time of application.

  2. Actively employed or enrolled in post-graduate education in Athletic Training or related field.

  3. Grant winner is required to present results of project at a MATA fall or spring meeting within one year following the granting of the award.
